The doctor, Mr Patel received me really well and looked after me and didn’t rush my appointment, he listened to me and prescribed medication for my problems and treated me with care.
Improvements: if doctors could be the same, that way a constructive diagnosis and firm understanding will be achieved by the doctors and and patients.

Dr Patel listened to me and offered advice. My situation is complex and the ten minute consultation window was just not long enough. He did advise me to rebook to see him again but that is daunting to go through the booking process again. Half the time went on updating previous situations and setting the scene.
